Depending on how you're currently accessing Zearn, updating your login information or deleting your account can be done a few different ways. We'll outline how below.
If you login to Zearn with a Username and Password
You're able to update your login username at any time by visiting your account page. We've included instructions below.
- Log in to Zearn with your existing credentials.
- Click on your name in the top right corner. Select 'Account'.
- You'll see the Info section on the left, select 'Edit'.
- Type in your new username, and don't forget to click Save!
If you login using a Google account
For anyone accessing Zearn using their Google account, you'll need to contact Zearn support directly if your email address changes. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your old email address, as well as what you would like it to be updated to. Note that in order to process this request, the email request must come from the account being changed or from an administrator on the School Account.
You want to delete your Zearn account
If you would like to delete your Zearn account, you must reach out to Zearn support directly. Please email email@example.com with a request to delete your account. (NOTE: Deleting an account is irreversible. You will lose all data associated with your account.)
