To integrate Clever & Zearn, follow the steps below, and remember, your Zearn rostering representative is available to help if you have any questions.
- You’ll start by adding the Zearn application to your list of Clever applications. See this Clever Help Center article for instructions: https://support.clever.com/hc/en-us/articles/203114997-How-do-I-add-or-remove-an-application-
- Once you’ve added Zearn, your rostering representative will approve your request.
- Once we’ve approved your request, you’ll need to set up your data sharing rules, for information on sharing with rules, see this Clever Help Center article: https://support.clever.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000392247-How-do-I-Share-by-Rules-
- After you’ve set up your data sharing rules, you’re all set. Once you’ve reached your launch date, your staff and students will be able to access the Zearn application directly through their Clever portal.
