How can I get an order quote?
Visit our website for pricing information on student and teacher materials. As a nonprofit, we strive to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, so we do not offer discounts based on size of order.
If you would like a PDF quote for your order, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- Name and Title
- School or District Name
- Shipping Address
- Quantity of each Student Workbook and Teacher Answer Key that you would like to order
- Whether your School or District is tax exempt
We will respond shortly with a PDF quote that you can download or print.
Do I need to purchase other Student or Teacher materials to use Zearn?
Zearn Workbooks include the critical paper materials that accompany Independent Digital Lessons: Student Notes and Exit Tickets.
All of the other materials—Teacher Resources (including lessons, fluency activities, and word problems) and Student Resources (including problem sets, assessments, and homework)—can be downloaded from our website.
When can I expect delivery?
Printed Materials are typically delivered within ~2 weeks of placing your order, assuming you select the ground delivery option. Ground delivery is the most cost-effective shipping option and is available for a flat rate fee of $10 per order. We suggest placing your order ~2-4 weeks before you plan to use Zearn, to ensure that your materials arrive in time.
If you need to receive your items more quickly, customers shipping within the United States have the choice of three faster delivery options: FedEx Express Saver (1-to-3 Business Days), FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight. Prices for each delivery option are shown during checkout and are based on the delivery method and delivery location.
You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your order ships.
When is payment due?
Credit card orders will be charged to the card upon order shipment. Payment for an order placed using a Purchase Order is due 45 days after an invoice is issued.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it, or return items in my order?
The items in your order are custom printed for you; because of this, we cannot accept returns.
If you notice a mistake with your order prior to receiving your materials, please contact Zearn at firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible. Due to the quick turnaround nature of printing and shipping, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made, but we will do our best to assist you. You will be responsible for the entire cost of your order if production of your order has already started.
Once your materials are delivered, please check your items within one week of delivery and contact Zearn at email@example.com right away if there are any questions or concerns about your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order by visiting the Online Store and entering your Order # and email address into the requested fields. You can find your Order # on the order confirmation and invoice that you receive via email following your purchase. Once your order ships, you will also receive an email with tracking information.
