How Long Does a Middle School Lesson Take?

Zearn Math for Middle School is designed for a 55-minute math block, but the content can flex into shorter or longer math blocks as needed. You may choose to use Zearn’s recommended rotational model with 2 stations or choose to use only the Independent Digital Lessons to supplement your daily instruction.

Each Independent Digital Lesson takes approximately 20 minutes for students to complete. Independent Digital Lessons include embedded remediation that supports students at the precise moment of misconception, so the total time spent on each digital lesson will differ slightly depending on the amount of remediation needed for each student.
