Admin Reports are available as part of a paid Zearn Math School Account. Administrators can use reports to assess and monitor school-wide progress through on-or-above grade-level content and productivity during independent work:
- Administrators can use the Admin Snapshot Report to observe usage trends and unlock real-time insights across their implementation, empowering leaders to make data-driven decisions to celebrate successes and support improvements.
- The School Goals Report helps administrators track progress toward weekly completion goals at the school, grade, and classroom level to celebrate goal achievement and share best practices.
- The Completion Tracking Report helps administrators monitor and assess Independent Digital Lesson completion to ensure that all students are on track to complete their grade’s scope and sequence.
- The Exports Center allows district and school administrators to download custom data for deeper analysis at the district, school, grade, and student levels. Learn more.
Across all Admin Reports, administrators can save filtered views of schools, grades, and classes to track implementation over time. A saved view is a reusable, filtered view of specific schools, grades, or classes that you can set as your default and share with other administrators.
Tip: If your Zearn roster includes classes or students that won't be using Zearn, save a view that excludes them so your Admin Snapshot accurately reflects your implementation progress.
