All staff and students must access Zearn through their district’s Clever portal or by selecting Log in with Clever on the Zearn.org homepage. When a district integrates with Zearn through Clever, accounts created outside of Clever are not associated with the district’s Zearn Math School Account.
If staff or students notice that progress or classroom data is missing, it is often because they logged in using an account created outside of Clever. Logging in through Clever ensures that activity is connected to the correct Zearn Math School Account.
If staff members have access to multiple Clever accounts, make sure they are signing in with the correct account when accessing Zearn.
