Zearn protects personal information by using it only to provide and support learning with Zearn Math.
To operate Zearn Math, Zearn works with a limited number of third-party service providers, sometimes called sub-processors. These companies provide services such as cloud hosting, data storage, file transfer, and customer support.
- Amazon Web Services: Provides cloud hosting and data analytics services.
- Dropbox: Provides secure file transfer for School Account partners that choose to roster students using spreadsheets.
- Heroku from Salesforce: Hosts the Zearn.org application.
- Fivetran: Transfers data from Heroku to Amazon Web Services.
- Zendesk: Provides Zearn’s customer support tool and help desk function.
Zearn may update this list as the services we use change.
