Zearn reporting suite

Zearn Reports give educators real-time visibility into student progress in math learning. Teachers can immediately see which students are on track, who needs support, and exactly where to intervene.

School and district leaders can access implementation dashboards that show usage patterns and help them both celebrate success and identify where more support is needed.

This page provides an overview of the available reports and links to detailed guidance for each one.

Class Reports

Class Reports provide teachers with real-time insights into student learning, helping educators plan supports and monitor engagement. This helps teachers quickly identify who is on track to reach their lesson completion goals and who may need more time or support.

Some Class Reports are available on both Individual and paid School Accounts, while additional reports are only available through a paid Zearn Math School Account.

Class Reports available with a paid Zearn Math School Account:

  • The Class Snapshot Report provides a summary view of implementation progress to help teachers track goals and make decisions to drive student engagement and motivate math learning.
  • New for the 2026-27 school year, the LiveView Classroom Report gives teachers real-time visibility during Zearn time. This report shows students’ activity on Zearn as they’re learning, so teachers can monitor engagement, encourage persistence, and provide support in the moment.
  • The Student Report gives teachers detailed visibility into individual student learning. It helps teachers see which topics a student may be excelling in, where they may be struggling, and how deep that struggle is so they can better differentiate instruction and support individual students.

Class Reports available on both Individual and paid School Accounts:

  • The Pace Report helps teachers track student progress toward the goal of 3+ lessons per week. It provides a real-time view of how many Independent Digital Lessons each student has completed, their time to complete each Independent Digital Lesson, and their aggregate weekly time spent on Zearn.
  • The Progress Report shows each student's place in Zearn’s digital sequence and the number of Independent Digital Lessons completed per Zearn Math Mission.
  • The Tower Alerts Report helps teachers know when and where students need more support by notifying them when students repeatedly struggle in the Tower of Power.
  • The Sprint Alerts Report notifies teachers when students struggle in timed fluency activities.

Admin Reports

Admin Reports help district and school administrators monitor implementation progress, empowering leaders to observe usage trends, celebrate successes, and support improvements. Admin Reports are available as part of a paid Zearn Math School Account

Below is an overview of the Admin Reports available:

  • The Admin Snapshot Report provides district and school administrators with a summary view of their system’s implementation — including key metrics like student and teacher logins, minutes on Zearn, and lessons completed — to help leaders easily track goals, drive student engagement and motivate math learning.
  • Student Exports allow school leaders to download all data from their Zearn Math reports. District and school administrators have access to the Exports Center to download custom data for analysis at the student, grade, school, and district levels.
  • The School Goals Report helps administrators track schoolwide progress with detailed data on the key implementation metrics that drive impact with Zearn.
  • The Completion Tracking Report allows school leaders to monitor and assess Independent Digital Lesson completion to ensure that all students are on track to complete their full sequence of grade-level math content.
